Shipping policy

Products are expected to arrive between 8-14 business days after orders have been processed. PLEASE understand, due to COVID19 and the Holidays, shipping may be extended up 10 additional days. Please reach out if there is any further delay on delivery of your item/items. Our team holds a high standard in making sure every Ace customer is satisfied.

Based on inventory, if purchasing more than one product, shipments MAY arrive in different packages or at two different times. Our team wants you to receive your Ace products as soon as possible, with no extended wait because of processing times from another item.
